Rice Pudding Recipe I
Ingredients:
3 c milk
1/2 c scalded rice
3 eggs
3 Tbsps sugar (white)
Salt
Vanilla
Instructions:
Add scalded rice into milk. Boil them together in double-boiled ’til bit softened. You beat eggyolks w/ sugar then add into heated mixture before removing it from fire.
Thoroughly stir w/ wooden-spoon. You add the salt & vanilla. Have eggwhites beaten w/ sugar ’til frothy & stiff. Pour custard onto pudding pan then top w/ beaten eggwhites then bake in oven ’til browned lightly.
