Rolled Wheat Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
4 ounces of wheat; rolled
1 qt milk
Sugar
1 c mixed sultanas & currants
Instructions:
Have wheat soaked in clean water about 60 mins. Heat milk ’til boiling then you add strained wheat. Gently cook about 60 mins.
You add fruits then turn mixture onto greased pie pan. Bake your pudding about 30-60 mins in moderately-heated oven.
