Sago Pudding with Strawberry Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c berry-juice
Sugar
1/2 teacup soaked sago
2 eggwhites

Instructions:

Add sugar into juice just enough for it to be sweetened. Prepare previously soaked sago then boil together w/ juice ’til jelly-like in thickness.

Have eggwhites beaten well then add into hot sago. Immediately remove it from heat. Pour into mould then serve w/ cream.
