Sponge Cake Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

Baked sponge-cake
Butter
4 eggs
1 qt milk
Sugar

Instructions:

Prepare 6-8 cake slices then spread w/ butter. Place into pudding dish w/ flat bottom.

Cream together milk & egg then add enough sugar to sweeten. You pour custard into cake layer. Bake pudding for 30 mins.
