Steamed Bread Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
1 ounce butter
4 well-beaten eggs
Sugar
3 ounces of almonds; ground
A pint milk
A wineglassful rosewater
3/4 pound of breadcrumbs
Instructions:
Have everything combined, allowing to soak about 30 mins. Pour into buttered dish then steam for 1&1/2-2 hrs.
