Sweet Potato Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

1 qt grated potatoes (raw)
1 Tbsp leach fat of chicken & meat
1/2 lb sugar (brown)
1/2 pint molasses
1 & 1/2 pints ice water
1 tsp salt
Pepper (black)
Orange zest; grated
Nutmeg
Ginger
Cinnamon

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients then mix thoroughly. Pour mixture onto greased baking pan then bake ’til jelly-like in consistency.

Bake pudding in moderately-heated oven.
