Tapioca Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c pearl-tapioca
3 Tbsps minute-tapioca
1 c milk
6 Tbsps sugar
1 Tbsp butter; melted
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
Instructions:
Have tapioca soaked in ice water for 60 mins. Drain well then add butter & milk. Cook it in double-boiler ’til tapioca turns transparent.
You add salt & sugar into well-beaten eggs. Slowly pour warm mixture into eggs. Place mixture back into double-boiler then cook ’til thickened.
Add vanilla then serve.
