Tipsy Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
Stale sponge-cake; sliced
Jelly of choice
Wine
Prepared custard
Instructions:
Spread sliced cake w/ jelly then put 2 pcs together just like you do for your sandwiches. You lay every sandwich in serving platter then pour w/ some wine.
Top w/ 1 Tbsp custard then cover w/ frosting as desired. Bake in moderately-heated oven quickly. Best when served cold.
