Yorkshire Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
1 ounce butter
Salt
Pepper
A pint milk
1/2 pound of fine wheat meal
4 large eggs
Instructions:
Beat eggs thoroughly then add milk & flour in gradually. Season w/ pepper & salt. Grease shallow pan then pour prepared batter.
Cut remaining butter into bits then scatter all over batter. Bake about 45 mins. Best when served w/ sauce, potatoes & veggies.
